for the Ranchers consisted of Feheely-Hornung originals with a few covers by Dwight Yoakum, Hal Ketchum, and others.
The Ranchers performed regularly throughout NYC at venues including DoDa's , Texas Cafe, Hudson St. Grill, Nightengales and Cheatin' Hearts Cafe. They also performed frequently as a trio at Coyote Kates.
The second chapter began in 1993 when, after a couple of visits and encouragement from |

| publishers, Larry and Bill moved to Nashville. There they concentrated mostly on writing and recording, broadening their styles to include compositions written specifically for female artists. |

|
While Bill handled the lead vocals and Larry the instruments, on many recordings, they were fortunate enough to work with Carey Phillips. Nashville being a treasure trove of great musicians, they found two of the best - Anthony Crawford and Chris Carmichael - to help them out with demos. The demos were recorded at the little blue house on Acklen.
When not writing they performed at various writer's nights and the Pub Of Love.
After 2-1/2 years Larry moved back to Delaware while Bill focused on acting/teaching and writing for the Actors Bridge. |
