The Ranchers formed in 1991 with Bill Feehely and Larry Hornung going into the studio to record original compositions. Leslie Campos joined them and played fiddle and vocals. The rest of The Ranchers included Harry Remer on guitar, Pat Nash on bass guitar and Tom Good on drums. They performed at various venues in New York City, including DoDa's, Texas, Cheatin' Hearts Cafe, Nightengales, Hudson Street Bar and Grill, Ludlow Street Cafe, Boppers (Stamford, CT.) and more. In addition to original Rancher songs, they performed a few covers by artists such as Dwight Yoakum, Hal Ketchum, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson and Willie Nelson. The Ranchers disbanded in 1993 when Bill Feehely and Larry Hornung moved to Nashville, Tennessee. |
